    Chris,

    I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate the professionalism and fantastic customer service

    provided to (place of business) and myself we have received from Jordan Unseth.

    Jordan has been exceptional - he has reviewed our account, offered cost saving suggestions!!, and gone the extra

    mile to demonstrate how he and AT&T values our business.  I have to admit, I came in earlier this morning and spoke

    to another sales rep when I needed a new phone and phone line added to our account, and left very angry.  He

    essentially told me he did NOT value my business by telling me that I could look for a cheaper phone online and that he

    would be in the office by 1pm and that if I wanted a "better deal" I'd have to come back.  Really??!!  I'd have to come back...

    I certainly did not have the time to come back, however, since the service provided to me previously by Jordan was so good,

    I thought I'd come back and see what happened.  The first thing Jordan told me was the he appreciated our business, he

   apologized for me having to come back, and reassured me that everything would be fine.  He was right- he clearly

   demonstrates value and professionalism with 2 lines instead of 1!

    AT&T still has (our business) because of Jordan!

Dear Chris Moench,

 

I am writing to you as I understand that you are the supervisor of Jordan Unseth at the Duluth ATT store.

I just wanted to let you know I could not be happier with my whole purchase of my Iphone...and it is entirely because of the outstanding manner and assistance of Jordan. Being a fifty-five year old guy, the phone was an entry into an entirely new world. Jordan took whatever time I needed to make sure that I was not only comfortable with the decision, but also that I was going to know how to use the phone most effectively. 

All in all, just a great experience.

I just thought you should know.
